These terms cover the HQ Discovery app for iOS and Android, operated by Waebox Media (WAEBOX MEDIA COMPANY). By using HQ Discovery you agree to them. The app is also licensed to you under the terms of the store you downloaded it from, listed in section 6.
1. What HQ Discovery is
HQ Discovery is free to download and use. It follows celebrity, fashion and beauty news, groups every outlet’s coverage of the same moment into one story, and links to each original article. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads.
2. Publishers’ content
Every story names the outlets that reported it and links to their original articles. HQ Discovery shows a headline, a short summary written by our editors and a lead image, and sends you to the publisher for the full piece. The articles belong to their publishers.
3. Photos and public figures
Every photo shows its author and licence in the app. Photos of public figures are shown only to report on them; HQ Discovery does not imply that anyone shown endorses it.
4. Copyright and corrections
If you own content that appears in HQ Discovery and want it corrected or removed, email [email protected] with the link to the story, the content concerned and the basis of your request. We review every request and reply to you. Support page.
5. Your data
How HQ Discovery handles your data is described in its privacy policy. You can delete your data at any time. Privacy policy.
6. Store terms
- On iOS, the app is licensed under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
- On Android, the app is distributed under the Google Play Terms of Service (https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/).
