Zodiac Knots terms of use

1. The game

Zodiac Knots is free to download and play. It has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, ads or accounts, and plays offline.

2. Your licence and store terms

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Zodiac Knots on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

• If you downloaded the app from the App Store, it is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
• If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply (https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/).

3. Ownership

The game’s name, code, level designs, artwork, icon and sounds belong to Waebox Media. Do not copy, modify, redistribute or sell them, or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it. The twelve zodiac animals are shared cultural tradition; our claim is only to our own drawings of them. Open-source components remain under their own licences, listed in the app under Settings → Open-source licenses.

4. Provided as is

Zodiac Knots is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Your progress is stored only on your device, so it can be lost if you delete it, uninstall the app or reset the device, and we cannot restore it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

5. Privacy

Zodiac Knots collects no personal data. The privacy policy explains what is stored on your device and how to delete it. Privacy policy.

6. Changes

We may update these terms when the game changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
